Welcome to Casa Eladio
Casa Eladio was founded in 1965 by my grandfather, Eladio Cabello Serrano.
It began as a simple eatery, serving lunch menus to more than 300 people a day.
In 1979 my father, José Eladio Cabello Santaella, took over the business,
and under him it evolved over the years into a restaurant always built around traditional cuisine.
In 2017 I took on the challenge of becoming the third generation of the family to run the restaurant.
A restaurant with over 50 years of history.
After training at the La Cónsula Hospitality School (Málaga) alongside outstanding professionals, and spending several years working in the kitchens of great Spanish chefs — including Daniel López of Restaurante Kokotxa in Donostia, who I consider to be the person who has most influenced the way I understand cooking.
On April 8th, 2017, a renewed Casa Eladio opened its doors, offering cuisine deeply rooted in our land.
We start from the Andalusian recipe book and our local produce to craft a renewed, updated take on traditional cuisine.
Working closely with our producers, and understanding the produce, its varieties and its season, is the foundation of our philosophy.
Casa Eladio is a journey through Andalusia, told through its produce and its traditions.
